Crusin' on the Croix, Stillwater Hot Rod Night

It was hot and clear Wednesday afternoon when we went downtown Stillwater, MN for the twice a month Crusin' on the Croix car show. A beautiful setting that always brings out some fantastic cars.

There was a DJ spinning on one end of the show and live music on the other end and all the delicious food you could want within walking distance.
Toward the end of the night there was a little awards ceremony over at Maple Island Brewing were the night's chosen winners are awarded with a growler of beer.

Beer and old cars on a beautiful night. To mis-quote David Allen Coe, "If heaven ain't a lot like this, I don't wanna go".

We missed a few shows last week because of  a fuel delivery problem with the Mustang. The fuel pump eccentric fell off the front of the camshaft but we are back together and heading over to the New Richmond, WI Fun Fest car show today. See you there!
Gorgeous Packard won "Best in Show"
Nice Looking Oldsmobile took home a prize.
